Privacy Policy

Apex Sky is a 3D flight simulator and plane-spotting game. It is designed to work without an account, without ads, and without tracking you.

What we do not collect

There is no account system, no advertising, and no third-party analytics. We do not sell your data. We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information as a condition of playing.

Location

With your permission, the app uses your device location for Skywatch — showing the real aircraft overhead — and for airport discovery. Location is opt-in, used only while the app is open, and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Game progress

Your progress is stored on your device. If you choose to use cloud save, a copy is stored in a database keyed by an anonymous device identifier so you can recover your progress — not by any personal identity.

Debug reports

The in-app “Send to devs” button sends a redacted diagnostic report only when you tap it (or automatically after a crash, on your next launch). Positions are rounded to roughly 100 metres. Reports are used to fix bugs and are not used for marketing.

A report includes what the app was doing — the screen, recent errors, memory and performance readings, and the same anonymous device identifier used for cloud save, so that several reports from one device can be recognised as related. It contains no name, no account and no contact details.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Payment information is handled by Apple; Apex Sky never sees your card details.

Third-party data

Live flight data comes from public flight-tracking networks; globe imagery from Cesium and public sources; aircraft models are open-licensed. These services receive the anonymous requests needed to load the data.

Children

Apex Sky is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Location and debug reports are always opt-in.
